This policy applies to all orders and service requests submitted on or after the effective date. Previous versions of this policy shall apply to orders and service requests submitted before the effective date, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Policy Content

1. Application of Policy Updates

  • This policy is established in accordance with the following laws and regulations. It is intended to supplement consumers’ statutory rights regarding returns and exchanges and does not limit, exclude, or otherwise affect any mandatory rights to which consumers are entitled under applicable law.

  • If any provision of this Policy conflicts with the mandatory provisions of the above laws, the law shall prevail, and the clause will automatically adjust accordingly without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

  • Speediance reserves the right to interpret and modify this policy at its sole discretion at any time. Any modifications will be announced through a prominent notice on the homepage of Speediance’s official website of Middle East at least 3 calendar days prior to their effective date. Any modification version of this policy shall apply only to products purchased after the expiration of the notice period and shall not affect consumers’ return and exchange rights with respect to products purchased before the amendments take effect. By continuing to purchase products after the expiration of the notice period, consumers are deemed to have accepted the amended policy.

2. Personal Data Processing and Privacy Protection

  • Consumer Responsibility for Data Clearance
      Before returning a product, Speediance recommends that consumers take the following actions to safeguard their personal privacy:
    • Back up all personal data stored on the device.
    • Unbind all accounts, including but not limited to cloud accounts and payment accounts, etc.
    • Perform a factory reset to erase all personal information and customized configuration.
  • Speediance’s Data Security Obligations
    • Regardless of whether the consumer has cleared their data, upon receiving a returned device, Speediance will securely erase any remaining personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. While consumers are required to clear their own data, Speediance will implement reasonable technical measures to mitigate risks during transit or inspection. Speediance’s liability is limited to what is consistent with applicable law for circumstances beyond its reasonable control where statutory duties have been fulfilled.
  • Restrictions on the Use of Return and Exchange Information
Any personal information collected during the processing of return or exchange requests will be used solely for handling such requests and fulfilling related legal obligations. Such information will not be used for any other commercial purposes without the consumer’s written consent. Relevant information will be securely deleted in accordance with the law within 12 months after the completion of the return or exchange process, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
  • Speediance commits to protecting consumer privacy in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of each operating jurisdiction.

3. Statutory Rights and Governing Language

This policy is supplementary to the consumer’s legal rights regarding returns and exchanges, and does not in any way limit, exclude, or diminish any mandatory statutory rights that consumers are entitled to under applicable laws.
The official version of this policy shall be the English version. Other language versions are provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity between the English version and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.

Return and Refund Services

Speediance is committed to providing consumers in the Middle East with return and exchange protections in compliance with local laws and regulations. The applicable timeframes for submitting return requests under the laws of your country are as follows:
  1. Returns for Personal Reasons: refund requests initiated for personal reasons must be submitted within 15 calendar days of receiving the product (starting from 00:00 on the day of delivery).
  2. Returns for Product Defects: Refund requests due to manufacturing defects must be submitted within 90 calendar days of receiving the product (starting from 00:00 on the day of delivery).
If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you may contact Speediance within the applicable timeframe above to request a return and refund in accordance with this return policy.

How to issue a return/refund?

  1. To apply for a return and refund, please contact after-sales@speediance.com within the applicable return request timeframe to initiate the return and refund process.
  2. Please include the following information in your email: order number, product SN(Serial number), product name and quantity, reason for return, and pictures or videos of the complete product packaging.
  3. Speediance will review the return and refund information within two (2) business days of receiving your email, and will notify you of the review outcome, along with any subsequent instructions and required actions.
  4. Once your return request has been approved by Speediance, you must return the product within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the return authorization notice.You are required to return the complete product, including all main units, accessories, and any other items in the package. All returned items must be free from user-caused damage and show no signs of modification or unauthorized alteration.
  5. Once Speediance receives the returned product and verifies that it meets the conditions specified in this return and refund policy, the corresponding amount will be will be confirmed with you within five (5) business days and processed via the original payment method.

Conditions for Full Refund

  1. Contact Speediance after-sales within applicable return request timeframe and provide a complete and valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
  2. The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues immediately upon unboxing, rendering it unusable, and it remains in a new or near-new condition.
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all original accessories and any other items in the package.

Situations for Partial Refund

In the following cases, Speediance will assess any loss based on the actual condition of the returned product and, upon written confirmation with you, deduct the corresponding amount from the refund:
  1. Within the applicable return request timeframe, consumers may request a return for personal reasons (change of mind), provided that the product is unused, the original packaging is intact, and all accessories are complete.
  2. Products returned with missing original accessories or attachments, or with surface damage (e.g., cracks, dents, scratches) on the products or accessories.
  3. Products not returned in their original packaging, not properly used with the original packaging, or with incomplete original packaging resulting in damage to the products and accessories. Speediance will evaluate the losses based on the actual condition of the received products and deduct the corresponding fees before arranging the refund, subject to customer confirmation.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Supported

  1. Refund requests submitted after the applicable return request timeframe has expired.
  2. Returned products are damaged due to user error, making them unusable or unsellable.
  3. Product malfunctions or damages due to user violations of the product manual, unauthorized use, or modifications.
  4. Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, strong winds, lightning strikes, etc.
  5. Damage occurring during transit where the consumer did not note any objection upon delivery and is unable to provide proof of shipping damage.
  6. Products requiring activation or registration have already been activated or registered.
  7. Products personalized or customized based on customer requirements.
  8. Lack of valid purchase invoice or purchase proof, or proof that is forged or altered.
  9. Returned product serial numbers do not match the original product, or product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof markers are altered or forged.
  10. Returned products do not match the original order, such as different product models or configurations.
  11. The product is not shipped back within seven (7) calendar days after Speediance issues a return confirmation.
  12. Other situations affecting product integrity and resale.
In these cases, Speediance will not process a refund.

Refund Processing Time

The refund will be issued back to the original payment method. The refund process will take 7-14 business days from the date Speediance receives the returned product, evaluates it, confirms the refund amount with the customer. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing procedures.
If you have not received your refund after the applicable processing period, please first contact your bank or payment provider to verify the status of the transaction. If you need further assistance, please contact after-sales@speediance.com.

Return Shipping Costs and Other Fees

1. Returning the product for reasons unrelated to its quality issues/personal reasons : You are responsible for packaging, labor, storage, transportation, and other logistics costs incurred during the return process. Speediance will provide an estimate of such costs in advance.

  • If the product shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection (including, but not limited to, significant wear and tear or unauthorized modifications), Speediance reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund based on the product’s diminished value.Provided that the above conditions for a full refund are met, , Speediance will cover the cost of returning the product via its designated standard shipping method and will refund the full amount paid for the order. However, additional deductions may apply in the following circumstances:
    • Missing items in the returned package (including accessories, attachments, etc.);
    • Damage to the returned product caused by human factors;
    • Damage to the external packaging during return shipping due to non-original packaging;
    • Any other conditions that affect the product’s resale value.

2. Returning the product due to its quality issues (such as manufacturing defects or missing parts): Speediance will bear the return logistics costs and other necessary expense.

  • Where a return or exchange is required due to reasons attributable to Speediance, Speediance will cover the cost of standard return or exchange shipping. If the consumer chooses additional services beyond a reasonable standard level, such as expedited shipping or special pickup services, any additional charges shall be borne by the consumer.

Exchange Services

This Exchange Policy applies to products purchased through the Speediance official store. Please submit your exchange request within the applicable timeframe via after-sales@speediance.com, and provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) as well as the product SN (serial number):
  • Exchanges for Personal Reasons (product has no manufacturing defects and its condition does not affect resale): Requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery (starting from 0:00 on the day of delivery), provided all conditions are met.
  • Exchanges for Quality Issues (manufacturing defects or quality problems affecting normal use): Requests must be submitted within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery (starting from 0:00 on the day of delivery), provided all conditions are met.
  • Exchanges for Products Seriously Damaged During Transit (unusable, with valid shipping damage proof): Requests must be submitted within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery (starting from 0:00 on the day of delivery), provided all conditions are met.

Conditions for Exchange Conditions

Exchange application must meet any of the following conditions:
  1. For personal reason exchanges within the applicable period, the product is unused, the original packaging is intact, all accessories are complete, and the consumer requests an exchange for personal reasons.
  2. The product has been seriously damaged during transit, rendering it unusable, and valid logistics damage proof is provided by the carrier.
  3. The product’s functionality or appearance does not conform to the specifications described in the product manual.
  4. Within the applicable exchange period, the product cannot function normally according to the manual due to manufacturing defects or quality issues, and the cause has been confirmed by technical inspection as manufacturing-related.

Situations Where Exchanges Are Not Supported

  1. Requests submitted beyond the applicable exchange period (for personal reason exchanges, quality-related exchanges, etc.) and not covered by the warranty policy.
  2. The product has been activated, used, or shows obvious signs of use, and the issue is not related to a quality issue.
  3. Damage caused by the user violating the product manual, or by unauthorized disassembly or modification (to be confirmed by a technical report from an authorized service center).
  4. Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, etc.), supported by relevant documentation.
  5. Returned product serial numbers do not match the original product, or product labels or serial numbers are altered or forged.
  6. Returned products do not match the original order, such as different product models or configurations.
  7. Lack of valid purchase invoice or purchase proof, or proof that is forged or altered.
  8. Products personalized or customized based on customer requirements (except when the custom product has a manufacturing defect).
  9. Products reported lost or stolen by the consumer.
  10. After Speediance has approved the exchange request, the consumer fails to return the product within 7 calendar days (extensions may be arranged in advance with customer service under special circumstances).
  11. Technical inspection confirms that the product has no quality issues, and the request exceeds the personal reason exchange period.

Exchange Shipping Costs

  1. Exchanges for manufacturing defects, quality issues, or logistics reasons: Speediance will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
  2. Exchanges for Personal Reasons: The consumer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while Speediance will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product. Specific costs will be communicated in advance at the time of exchange confirmation.

Exchange Process

1. Submit a Request

Within the applicable exchange period, send an email to after-sales@speediance.com including: the order number, product SN, reason for exchange, and photos or videos clearly showing the issue or product condition.

2. Review and Confirmation (within 2 business days)

Speediance will complete an initial review of the request within 2 business days of receipt and inform the consumer whether the request is accepted, along with subsequent instructions. For quality-related exchanges, a technical inspection will be arranged, and Speediance will explain the inspection process and expected duration.

3. Return the Original Product (within 7 days of receving the confirmation from Speediance)

Return the original product using the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) according to Speediance’s instructions, and retain the tracking number. Failure to return the product within the timeframe will be considered as forfeiting the exchange request.

4. Condition Verification (within 5 business days of receiving the returned product)

Upon receiving the returned product, Speediance will complete a condition verification within 5 business days. If the product condition does not match the request description, Speediance will notify the consumer in writing and provide the handling outcome. For quality assessments, a technical confirmation report will also be provided.


5. Shipment of Replacement

After verification, Speediance will arrange shipment of the replacement of the same model within 5 business days and provide a tracking number. 

Note

After you contact Speediance customer service for a return or exchange, Speediance will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions within 7 business days. Please follow the after-sales instructions to return the product.
Do not return any product before receiving the RMA number and instructions from Speediance. Any losses incurred as a result will be your responsibility.
