Policy Content
When Speediance products are used, operated, and maintained in accordance with the product manual, if a quality issue arises within the warranty period due to material or workmanship defects, Speediance will provide free repair services in accordance with the warranty policy.
If the product is beyond the warranty period, or if Speediance determines that the issue was caused by improper use, you may still opt for paid repair services. All warranty and repair services will be provided in accordance with Speediance’s After-Sales Warranty Policy and will follow the relevant quality standards and repair procedures.
The after-sales warranty service provided by Speediance is a limited liability service and does not constitute unlimited liability coverage. To better understand the scope of the services, please read this warranty policy carefully to fully understand the warranty terms, applicable conditions, cost responsibilities, potential risks, and other important information related to repair services.
How to Obtain Warranty Service

Contact Speediance After-Sales Support: When contacting Speediance after-sales service, please provide a detailed description of the issue with your product, together with the product serial number and valid proof of purchase.

Initial Troubleshooting: Speediance will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue via phone, email, online chat, or remote assistance. In some cases, Speediance may recommend downloading and installing specific software updates.

Repair and Replacement Options: If the issue cannot be resolved through remote troubleshooting, Speediance will provide repair services based on the nature of the defect. Such services may include repairing defective components or replacing them with equivalent refurbished parts. (Speediance will prioritize the use of new original parts when replacing defective components. With the consumer’s prior written consent, Speediance may use original manufacturer-refurbished parts that are equivalent in performance to new parts).Any refurbished parts used have been tested to ensure functionality and appearance comparable to those of new parts. Any defective parts replaced during the repair process shall become the property of Speediance. Replacement parts may carry different serial numbers from the original parts. During the applicable warranty period, any repaired or replacement product or part will be covered by the same warranty scope as the original product.

Service Availability and Regional Variations:Speediance may not provide after-sales services in certain regions, and after-sales service policies may vary by location.For services that fall outside the standard scope of coverage, Speediance will notify consumers of the applicable charges in advance and will provide such services only after obtaining the consumer’s consent. Warranty Period
The valid warranty period begins at 00:00 on the date the product is delivered and ends at 24:00 on the day before the warranty period expires.
If the exact delivery date can not be provided, the warranty period will be determined based on the date stated on the valid purchase invoice or the order date.
If no valid purchase invoice, order information, or other proof of purchase can be provided, the warranty period will start 30 calendar days after the product’s manufacturing date.
Any parts replaced within the warranty period will become the property of Speediance, while parts replaced outside the warranty period will remain the property of the customer.

Warranty Status After Repair
Products repaired during the warranty period: The repaired product shall continue to be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. If the remaining warranty period is less than ninety (90) days, the repaired product shall be covered by a warranty period of no less than ninety (90) days from the date of repair completion.
Replacement parts purchased separately: Paid replacement parts shall be covered by the standard warranty period applicable to the respective part.
Applicable Law: Where applicable law stipulates mandatory provisions otherwise, such legal provisions shall prevail.

Warranty Coverage
You are eligible for warranty service if the following conditions are met:

The Speediance product was purchased from official Speediance channels or authorized distributors.

The product experiences a performance failure caused by non-human factors within the specified warranty period.

The product was purchased for personal or household use. (Products purchased for commercial purposes require a separate purchase agreement and warranty terms with Speediance.)
-
The product has not been subject to any unauthorized disassembly, modification, or installation contrary to official instructions, and there is no other damage or malfunction caused by user actions.

A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number, invoice, or receipt) and the product SN (serial number) must be provided.
Exclusions from Warranty
The Speediance Warranty Policy does not apply to any non-Speediance branded hardware products or software, even if packaged, bundled, or sold with Speediance hardware products.
Speediance shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from a failure to follow the instructions for use of Speediance products, nor for any loss or corruption of data caused by the product itself.
The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

Damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, including but not limited to improper installation, use, or disassembly, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals.

Direct or indirect damage caused by improper installation or disassembly of the product, such as damage to other personal belongings, walls, or floors.

Wear and tear, metal corrosion, performance degradation, or cosmetic damage (including but not limited to scratches, dents, and plastic discoloration) resulting from normal use or causes unrelated to manufacturing or transportation.

Damage caused by forced training due to aging or part failure.
-
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, servicing, or technical support not provided by Speediance (such as improper third-party operations, product settings, or installation).

Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modifications, incorrect use of chargers or external power sources, or operating the product with insufficient or defective batteries.
-
Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues with unauthorized third-party parts.
-
Damage resulting from intentional harm to the product or unauthorized modifications (including tampering with product operating data).
-
Damage caused by exposure to extreme environments, such as high temperatures or corrosive conditions.
-
Damage caused by operating the product in environments with electromagnetic interference or interference from other wireless devices.
-
Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, earthquake, or electrical accidents.
-
Damage caused by using a non-commercial product for commercial purposes, such as in gyms, hotels, multi-unit residential facilities, or personal training studios.
-
Malfunction or damage of any third-party products, including those integrated into Speediance products upon request.
-
Any software programs, whether pre-installed with the product or installed later.
-
Products or parts with altered or removed identification labels.
-
Damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or handling (such as fire, water immersion, lightning strikes, etc.) during the product’s storage, transport, or use.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If the product fails to operate properly during the warranty period and meets the warranty terms, you must contact Speediance after-sales support at after-sales@speediance.com within 30 days of discovering the fault to apply for after-sales service.
When applying for warranty service, you will need to provide a valid proof of purchase (such as an order number, invoice, or receipt) along with the product SN (Serial Number).
Please note that services for issues not covered under the Speediance Limited Warranty Policy may incur corresponding fees.

Clear Problem Description: When contacting Speediance after-sales service, please provide a clear and detailed description of the issue you are experiencing with the product.

Initial Troubleshooting: Speediance will assist you in diagnosing and resolving the issue via phone, email, live chat, or remote support. In some instances, you may be advised to download and install specific software updates.

Repair and Replacement Solutions: Depending on the specific nature of the damage, Speediance may provide repair services (fixing the faulty parts) or replace them with refurbished parts of the same model. All refurbished parts are rigorously tested to ensure their functionality and appearance meet the standards of a brand-new part. Replaced components may carry different serial numbers. The replacement product or parts will continue to be covered under the remaining period of the original warranty.

Service Scope and Regional Variations: Full after-sales services may not be available in certain regions, and the specific terms of after-sales policies may vary by location. For requests that fall outside the standard service scope, Speediance will charge additional fees. For specific details, please contact Speediance after-sales service for confirmation.
General Warranty Statements

Non-Transferable Warranty: The Speediance warranty policy is valid only for the original purchaser. If you sell the product, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner. For products purchased as gifts, the warranty applies to the owner of the original associated application account.

Warranty for Replacement Products:
Replacements under Warranty: Replacement products inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product or enjoy a 90-day warranty, whichever is longer.
User-Purchased Replacements: The warranty period for paid replacement products restarts at 0:00 on the date the consumer receives the replacement. If a free replacement occurs within this new warranty period, the replaced product inherits the remaining duration of that warranty period and will not restart again.

Overall Device Warranty Period:
Whether for the overall device or individual components (regardless of whether the parts are provided by Speediance free of charge or purchased by the consumer at their own expense), the warranty period for the overall device inherits the remaining duration of the original warranty.
However, if a product failure is directly caused by the following circumstances, such failures fall outside the scope of the overall device warranty service:
① Damage directly resulting from improper handling during the consumer's self-installation of components (regardless of whether they are original Speediance parts);
② Damage directly resulting from inherent defects in non-original Speediance parts used by the consumer.
Where applicable law stipulates mandatory provisions otherwise, such legal provisions shall prevail.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs: If Speediance determines that a fault falls outside the scope of the warranty, you may elect to proceed with paid repair services, and Speediance will provide a quotation. Speediance will not ship any repair parts or replacement components without your confirmed consent.

Normal Wear and Tear: Cables and pulleys may experience wear due to prolonged training use. This is considered normal wear and is not a material or workmanship defect. To ensure safe training, regularly inspect the cables for thinning, cracks, fraying, or other wear. If abnormalities are found, stop using the product and contact Speediance for replacement. Cable inspection and replacement are part of routine maintenance. Speediance provides remote guidance. During the warranty period (non-human causes), Speediance will provide free replacement materials, and the user needs to perform the replacement. Users should fully understand the structure of the device and the complexity of the required procedures before performing any operation. Improper operation may result in device damage or safety hazards, and any resulting risks, costs, or expenses shall be borne by the user.

No Global Warranty: Speediance does not provide a global warranty. Warranty services are available only at designated service centers. However, cross-regional repair services may be provided at additional cost.

Cross-Regional Repairs: If a product purchased in Region A is requested to be serviced in Region B, prior approval from Speediance must be obtained. All associated costs, including customs duties, clearance fees, transportation, and storage, will be borne by the requester.If a customer needs to transport a product from Region A to a designated service center in Region B, prior consent from Speediance must be obtained. The consumer is responsible for customs duties and clearance fees.

Packaging Requirements: When returning a product for repair, contact Speediance for proper packaging instructions and package the product according to standard or original packaging. Ensure secure packaging and attach any special labels or instructions provided by Speediance. Customers are responsible for damage caused by improper packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, any additional costs of alternative packaging are borne by the customer.

Data Backup: To protect your personal data, please back up and erase all personal information within the device prior to sending it for repair. Speediance will implement reasonable technical measures to protect data during repair. However, for any data loss resulting from a consumer's failure to perform a self-backup, Speediance bears limited liability under applicable law for data loss resulting from the consumer’s failure to back up data, provided reasonable care has been taken.

Removal of Custom Decorations: Remove any custom decorations or attachments (e.g., stickers, coatings) before repair. Speediance is not responsible for damage or loss of these items.

Warranty Limitations: Speediance reserves the right to terminate warranty service if the product is used contrary to official instructions, for purposes beyond its design, or for illegal purposes.
Limitation of Liability

Where a product is covered under the Speediance warranty service, Speediance shall be responsible only for the loss of or damage to the product while it is in Speediance’s possession or during transportation arranged by Speediance.

Speediance shall not be liable for the loss, disclosure, corruption, or destruction of any data stored on the product (including but not limited to confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information), where such loss or disclosure results from the consumer’s failure to back up or remove such data prior to service. Speediance will fulfill its data security obligations in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speediance and its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers shall not be liable for any damages arising from data corruption, loss, destruction, or disclosure, nor for any special, incidental, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings).

Speediance’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the consumer for the product. The foregoing limitations of liability shall not apply to liability arising from personal injury (including death), damage to real property, or damage to tangible personal property where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Warranty Limitations
Except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty, Speediance makes no warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from course of dealing, usage of trade, or course of performance.Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude any statutory rights that consumers may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence, including statutory warranties relating to product quality and merchantability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties described above. Accordingly, you may have additional rights that vary depending on your jurisdiction.
Safety and Privacy

When providing you with warranty and after-sales services, you authorize Speediance to store, use, and process your product usage information and contact information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, address, email address, product usage data, and training records.

The purposes of processing this information include: fulfilling product warranty services, improving product quality, providing customer support, conducting service satisfaction follow-ups, and notifying you of product recalls or safety information. Your information will only be used for the purposes explicitly stated above and will not be used for other commercial purposes without your consent.

You understand and agree that, in order to provide product warranty services, product improvements, and customer support, Speediance may need to collect, process, and use relevant data. We may also follow up with you regarding service satisfaction or inform you of product recalls or safety-related information.

When you request after-sales services, Speediance may ask you to authorize access to, use of, and processing of training data stored in your product. This authorization is independent and voluntary, and you have the right to refuse it; if you refuse, Speediance may not be able to provide certain after-sales services.

To achieve the purposes stated above, you authorize Speediance to transfer relevant information to any country or region where we conduct business, as well as to entities providing services on our behalf. Speediance processes your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Saudi Arabian Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021, Qatar Law No. 13/2016, and the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law. Cross-border data transfers are conducted only under conditions compliant with these laws, including where the destination provides an adequate level of data protection or appropriate safeguards are implemented.
